The insertion happens at a very weird position #1

Example:

This is an example

When inserting a digraph using the extension while the cursor is at the 12th position (e of example), the "capital e with acute" gets inserted at the 11th position, resulting in:

This is anÉ example

Even weirder, this seems to be inconsistent across digraphs. The "inverted exclamation mark is inserted at the 12th position, resulting in:

This is an ¡example

Expected behavior:

  • The most logical way to implement this would be to follow vim's default behavior and insert the digraph right after the selected character, so the first example should give:
This is an eÉxample
  • And obviously, all digraphs should behave the same
